Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully, as we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. If you do have any questions, our customer service crew is always here to help.

 

RETURNS

We totally get it, sometimes things just don’t fit right and that's cool with us. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy on online purchases, excluding FINAL SALE items. Please email us within 7 days at info@topangaclub.com to submit your return.

If you're not feeling the vibe of your purchase, just send/bring it back to us in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging within 14 days (items sent back to us after 14 days will not be accepted). Unfortunately, we can't cover the return costs being a small business, thanks for understanding!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 2 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@topangaclub.com.

 

EXCHANGES

You are welcome to exchange your online purchase within 14 days in our conceptstore in The Hague. We can't process exchanges online yet, but no worries, you can return your purchase within 14 days and place a new order online for the desired item(s).
